Thank you for shopping with LaSourcePoke. This Shipping Policy explains how we process, source, and deliver your orders — including trading card game (TCG) products, vinyl collectible figures, and related merchandise. Please read it carefully, especially the sections on pre-orders and restocks.


1. Order Processing

Orders are processed within [1–3] business days of purchase (Monday–Friday, excluding UK public holidays). You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and a second email with tracking details once it ships.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next business day. During major product releases, sales, or high-demand periods, processing may take slightly longer.


2. How We Source Our Products

We stock and supply collectible products including trading card game (TCG) cards, sealed TCG products (booster packs, boxes, decks), vinyl collectible figures, and related merchandise.

Our inventory is sourced through a combination of:

  • Our own stock, held and dispatched directly by us.
  • Trusted third-party suppliers and distributors, who may ship certain items directly to you on our behalf.
  • Pre-order allocations secured from manufacturers and distributors ahead of a product's official release.

Because some items are sourced from external suppliers or manufacturers, delivery times can vary between products. If your order contains items from different sources, it may arrive in separate shipments at no extra cost to you.


3. Shipping Times & Rates

Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees, and begin once the order has been dispatched. Delays caused by couriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our control are not included in these estimates.


4. Pre-Orders

Some products are offered as pre-orders — items that have not yet been released or restocked and are secured in advance.

  • The estimated release/dispatch date is shown on the product page. This date is provided by the manufacturer or distributor and is subject to change.
  • Pre-orders are charged at the time of purchase to secure your allocation, unless stated otherwise on the product page.
  • Pre-order release dates may shift due to manufacturer delays, production issues, or allocation changes. If a date changes, we will notify you by email. Manufacturer delays are outside our control and are not grounds for compensation, though you may cancel an unfulfilled pre-order at any time before it ships (see our Refund Policy).
  • Mixed orders: if you order a pre-order item together with in-stock items, your entire order may be held until the pre-order arrives, unless you contact us to request separate shipping (additional shipping charges may apply). We recommend placing pre-orders as separate orders.

5. Restocks & Back-Orders

Popular TCG products and vinyl figures frequently sell out. Where possible we restock high-demand items.

  • You can sign up for a restock notification on the product page to be emailed when an item returns to stock.
  • Occasionally an item may sell out after your order is placed due to stock synchronisation delays. If this happens, we will contact you to offer a restock wait, replacement, or full refund.
  • Restock dates are estimates and depend on supplier and manufacturer availability.

6. Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update. If your tracking has not updated after several days, contact us at info@lasourcepoke.store.


7. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

For orders shipped outside the UK, you may be responsible for import duties, taxes, and customs fees charged by the destination country. These are not included in our prices or shipping charges and are the responsibility of the customer. We cannot mark parcels as "gift" or under-declare value, as this is illegal.


8. Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly provided address. If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you will be responsible for re-shipping costs.


9. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Parcels

  • Delayed: if your order significantly exceeds the estimated delivery time, contact us and we will investigate with the courier.
  • Lost: if a parcel is confirmed lost in transit, we will arrange a replacement or refund.
  • Damaged: collectibles are packed with care. If your item arrives damaged, contact us within [48 hours / 7 days] with photos of the item and packaging so we can resolve it. Please see our Refund & Returns Policy.
